It’s a sunny Sunday — what do you dream of cooking for a long table of guests?

“I’ll get a few lemons, some seasonal veggies, preferably artichokes and meat (no fish since it's Sunday), cook it over an open fire with a lot of wild picked herbs. Everything a la minute, olive oil, lemon and sea salt. That’s my happy place.”
